• There is no cost to the event host for our screening unit to be onsite. We process all billing through insurance, for those without insurance we offer a self-pay option.

• We set up a scheduling link for you to send out to your employees/patrons to select an appointment time that works best for them. 

​

• Minimum of 5 - 6 hours of screening time and a minimum of 18 patients set up prior to the event date. We can also welcome walk-ins the day of the event.

• All images will be read by a Breast Fellowship Board Certified Radiologist and sent to the patient's primary care provider or OB/GYN. 

​

• We prefer to set up annual events so our patients know we will be visiting their area the same time next year with regular screenings - we even send out a reminder letter
